Welcome to the After School Program at Hudson Memorial School! The site director is Mrs. Searles-Allen. The rest of the staff working at the program are Mrs. Martineau, Ms. Cassetta and Mr. Dan.
Our club meets in the small cafeteria. Students arrive at 2:15. If they are involved in any Memorial School activities they sign in with us and then depart for their activities. Sometimes it’s sports or band or another club. When the club is over the students come back to the cafeteria.
We are a safe yet relaxed program due to the ages of our students.
Here’s a quick look at our schedule:
2:15 – 2:30 Arrival and Attendance
2:30 – 3:00 Snack
3:00 – 3:30 Homework
3:30 – 5:30 Free Time, Gym, Group Games
5:30 – 6:00 Table Games and Clean Up
6:00 End of Program
Some special events we celebrate are:
Halloween Party – We work for the month of October with our enrichment teacher and plan a fun visit for the 3rd, 4th and 5th graders from our Adventure Clubs at the elementary schools in Hudson.
During the winter we go snow shoeing every Tuesday – weather permitting.
We have an awesome Valentine’s Day Party and enjoy other enrichment activities with Mr. Zaino.
